Good Things Noted Shipping Policy

As standard we send all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class. There is an option to upgrade your postage at checkout to tracked. 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard service. Tracked shipping is also available as an upgrade at checkout. We highly recommend choosing the tracked shipping option for International orders, this way you have piece of mind on where your parcel is once it has been dispatched. 

Please note that if you do not select tracked shipping, we are unable to check the whereabouts of your order once it has been dispatched. 

Postage can unfortunately sometimes be delayed and that is something that is completely out of our hands. We do ask that before contacting us regarding an undelivered order, that you wait a minimum of 10 business days for UK orders, and 30 business days for international orders.

If your order is undelivered or goes missing, you will need to wait for me to investigate the matter further with the shipping company before receiving a refund.
